Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ecomtory ("we", "us", "our"), a multi-tenant inventory management and ledger platform for multi-channel e-commerce sellers (including Meesho, with Flipkart and Amazon support planned). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01.Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding commercial agreement to use the Service.
- Accounts are authenticated via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication). One Google account is linked to one tenant workspace — multi-tenant membership under a single login is not supported.
- You are solely responsible for all actions conducted under your workspace account and for keeping your business credentials accurate.
02.The Service
Ecomtory provides software tools for product catalog and inventory management, order dispatch and return processing (including automated PDF shipping manifest data extraction), partner collaboration, financial profit-split ledgers, and related utilities such as Thank You Card generators. Features may evolve, update, or expand over time.
03.Subscription Plans & Billing
Limited to 15 catalogs, 100 products, 10 order-PDF uploads (lifetime), 10 Thank You Cards (lifetime), and basic monthly summary reports as indicated in-app.
Unlocks unlimited catalogs, products, order uploads, Thank You cards, real-time reports, and partner permissions via recurring Razorpay subscription.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle through Razorpay until cancelled by the account owner.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — your Pro access remains fully active until then.
- No Partial Refunds: No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of an active billing cycle upon cancellation.
- Post-Period Downgrade: When your paid period concludes, your workspace transitions to the Free tier limits. Existing records remain safely accessible in view-only mode.
- Failed Payments: Failed subscription renewals enter a 3-day grace period before downgrade.
04.Your Data & Content
- Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all business data, catalogs, inventory numbers, order records, customer files, and custom design templates you upload or generate on Ecomtory.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for the correctness of the information you upload and verify, including data parsed from marketplace shipping labels.
- Access Control: You maintain full authority over the module-by-module permission levels (Order, Return, Expense, Catalog, Reports) granted to invited team partners.
05.Partner & Team Accounts
Account owners may invite business partners via email, assigning designated ownership percentages and fine-grained permissions.
- Partners must accept invitations matching their exact invited email address.
- Owners hold full responsibility for granting, adjusting, and revoking partner access.
- Dispute Disclaimer: Ecomtory is a software tool and is not liable for internal disputes between business partners regarding profit distributions, equity agreements, or commercial terms outside the technical scope of the platform.

07.Third-Party Services
The platform incorporates infrastructure from Google Firebase (authentication), Razorpay (billing), Cloudinary (asset hosting), and SMTP relays. Your use is subject to the operating availability and terms of these respective service providers.
08.Service Availability & Updates
We strive to ensure continuous 99.9% uptime but cannot warrant uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and feature updates will be carried out with prior notice where practicable.
09.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecomtory and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, third-party marketplace changes, carrier shipping delays, or invoice OCR formatting variances).
10.Termination
- You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or threaten multi-tenant system security.
11.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
12.Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Notice of material modifications will be given through the dashboard or email. Continued use of Ecomtory following updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
